Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

Standard US shipping typically arrives within 5–9 business days after dispatch. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

Shipping rates

Flat-rate standard shipping is applied at checkout. Free standard shipping is available on US orders over $50.

Tracking

Once your order ships, use the tracking link in your confirmation email to follow its progress. If tracking hasn't updated after several business days, reach out through our Contact page and we'll help.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to reroute packages once they've been handed to the carrier.
